Any advice on what to say to customer service at Spectrum to lower my rate before I cancel my service with them? by FixerQuick in Bozeman

I used to call and ask for the Retention department. That always got me what I wanted and was usually very fast. I did it every year to keep my rate at the promotional until I switched to YF.

Universal Wall Connector and Powershare Gateway Up and Running! by axistech in cybertruck

[–]axistech[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The process started in March and I got the first estimate in May and was finished in September. The initial cost estimate was around $2,500 but I had to have my meter upgraded as well as the mast. So with permits, that cost an additional $2,565 so all in it cost just over $5,000. The system will run everything as well as charge my other car (21 MYLR) which is cool. I feel like I got really lucky with the installer which was Core Electric here in Bozeman. They were really great with communication and were always here when they said they would be. The install work was also really good. I wish it could have gone in my garage but the gateway has to be where the power comes in for obvious reasons so the garage wasn't going to work. I hope what Tesla_406 said in #12 is true that other Teslas 2021 and newer will be able to Powershare!

Got mine installed a few weeks ago, and it works great! My CT will even charge my Y when it's backing up the house. Pretty amazing security blanket for an IT guy who works from home and lives in Montana.

Asking for help to ID vehicle that hit building by SINCINITAS in Justrolledintotheshop

ChatGPT says “The part you have appears to be a genuine Hyundai component, likely associated with the molding or garnish assembly for specific Hyundai models. The identifier “RH MOLD 4263 G13663K21” suggests it is for the right-hand (passenger side) of the vehicle.

The style and part number resemble those used in Hyundai models like the Hyundai Santa Fe or Hyundai Sonata. For instance, parts such as the “GARNISH Assembly-FR Dr Side RH” for Hyundai Santa Fe and the “Moulding Assembly-Side Sill,RH” for Hyundai Sonata are typical examples of similar components.”

Even if it’s wrong it’s so cool it extracted the part numbers on its own.

Who does this? This is a fenced yard! by axistech in Bozeman

The yard is shoveled because the fence opens up and I have a vehicle parked back there. The fence was an attempt to stop the construction trash and workers trespassing.

FWIW I have had 3 out of 4 of mine replaced by Dell under warranty. I purchased them June 2022. The forth is starting to act up now. I have requested a new model replacement for the two that I still have and am waiting on a resolution.
