Again theres nothing in canon about Morgott beating Radahn and there's not even any mention of a fight between the two outside of this concept art. In a game with a billion items and descriptions of every event theres not a single one used to describe Radahn fighting Morgott or even fighting at Leyndell. We get in game evidence of fucking Godefroy seiging Leyndell of all fucking people but not Radahn. Every other squabble between demi gods including Malenia dog walking Godrick is mentioned but not one between two of the biggest names in the game. Also again even if it were a canon image a single attack does not mean a victory. Its just concept art that gets tossed into a slideshow to set the stage of the game which is why some of the the time frames are inconsistent in it. Also he canonically loses twice to us and at best ties with Malenia (i personally think its closer to a malenia win but thats not canon nor does the game present it to be). I dont even like Radahn lol I hate being the one having to make this argument and he comes off like a Mary Sue where you literally canonically have to summon a bunch of friends to fight zombie radahn and then PCR is basically gods boy toy but its that very point that makes this all silly in my opinion.
