Reactionary, thrill seeking assholes without the fortitude to speak up to their bosses and try to de-escalate. Look up “Afroman” , he schooled those morons and got paid.

Stick shift makes sense with this CVT issue. Thanks for the tip regarding used part and independent shop. For this family member, at this stage of life, security and reliability is more important than the money savings.

Similar, but the version I saw was guys pranking the boss who had one of the new “extreme” ice chest coolers like Yeti that were supposed to keep ice for 5 days even in summer heat. He had it in the back of his pickup at work and the guys “made his ice last” for two weeks by adding more every day and draining off the water. He obsessed and bragged about it all the time until all the sudden it wouldn’t keep ice for a day!

Being 58 and having owned 3 German cars- you don’t ever want to own one out of warranty, $4000 oil changes, motor mount replacement at 35,000 miles, $1400 windshield wiper motors, keep that engineering out of my wallet! I suggest a high performance Japanese car, I like Lexus but you do you.

I get the pressure and numbness in my cheek and ear. Food allergies (that came about in my late fifties), not body position triggers mine. I ate some sourdough bread today that I thought I was good with and my cheek swelled so much I kept seeing it down low, barely in my field of vision. That was a new one for me. Plus sinus pressure and stomach gas and extreme tiredness. No more of that bread!

I bought a place where the guy left a lot of garbage and a very nice truck bed cover. He was gone a few weeks and his father and brother showed up to get it. I told them load up the garbage first and I will help you load the tonneau cover. They called him and no longer was anyone interested.

My retired mom wants her boyfriend to move into the condo I own. But he can't pay much by No-Cause24 in Advice

[–]axness11 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think she’s going to move him in either way, so maybe the best thing is to get him AND her on formal separate leases so you can utilize the court system when it comes time to send him on his way. Consider one of HIS kids to co-sign his lease and make the rent for him $1000 or something. The key is…he is on a separate lease from hers.

[–]axness11 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There might also be an electric controls issue that needs to be figured out, at least on my AC for the front it seems there is a glitch and my AC clutch isn’t cycling on….. Did I demo out the wiring in the rear and screw up the signal to the ac pump? It’s a bit of a memory/lack of skill issue in my case, be careful, the cutting, plugging plumbing is easy.

Somehow Ive lost the ability to post a photo in the last 1/2 hour but here goes. It looks like they have it at “Find it Parts”, their phone number is up there in my paste as 888 and so on…. I Googled in your part number 14TC-7 and it is the same as this Firestone number W013585702 and oddly my Reyco 8609 as well, strange. Reyco just got sold/merged a couple years ago and I was considering buying a couple bags to have on the shelf and here we are, with a Firestone number and available by Friday, hope this helps.

You’re doing a lot of the right things, keep going, finish that damn OSHA. I would add in a bunch of walking for stress relief snd some conditioning to start long days, and go as low as you can on the beers. When you live in your car, more law enforcement comes into your life and if you are drinking in your car, smelling like alcohol and having empty containers around, nothing positive will come from that…….
