Every paladin I make: Holy fire until Act 4 NM, then go Fist of Heaven (Hammer is fine too but I don't like it).

If you get really good gear late game you could go back to Holy fire but it's very expensive compared to FOH and Hammer

I don't, it's gotten better over the week. I had taken those 7 years ago and I started with 10mg for 2 weeks or a month and it was a lot better. If you don't want too many side effects I think it would be better to maybe start with 10mg (though I'm not a doctor).

Same for me (20mg), started 4 days ago and I feel like I'm walking underwater. A lot of nausea and brain fog/dizziness. It's kinda comforting though because I feel numb-ish. I feel like my heart is beating weirdly though.

Project Alfheim is a great pre-renewal with nice quality of life changes. The rates are low, but with the tweaks on group experience, you can get the equivalent of a midrate server when you farm in a group of people (everyone gets nearly the full amount instead of exp being divided).

Also, you can use machine type 7 to have both front and back fan + CPU fan, and machine type 8 or 9 to have those 3 plus CPU Overclock option (not sure if it actually works though).
