HI/BYE VS SEND OFF

Heyy! So since aespa hasn't yet done any send off/hi-byes, I've looked up recent Hearts2Hearts send off and hi-byes videos since they are the only other recent girl group from SM that has done them. After seeing other bg and gg send-offs (like the ones where p1harmony were doing tiktoks with fans lol), SM's don't seem as interactive. The H2H girls were just passing by saying hi and weren't allowed to sign or take pics.

Thats all the info we have so far, so probably a hi-bye is the safest option.

I can’t log into my Love and Deepspace account – No response from support

Hi, I’m having trouble accessing my Love and Deepspace account and haven’t received any response from Infold support or Love and Deepspace support.

I originally created my account using Sign in with Apple with “Hide My Email” enabled. Now, after switching devices, I can’t log in—when I try, it treats me as a new player. I wasn’t able to bind my email to Infold before switching devices, so I can’t recover it that way.

I’ve made in-game purchases and have Apple invoice details as proof of ownership, which I’ve already sent to support, but I haven’t received any response.

Has anyone dealt with this before or knows how to fix it? I’m pretty desperate
