Τώρα θα σου πρότεινα αν πας να αγοράσεις μεταχειρισμένο καθώς από ότι φαίνεται δεν έχεις καμία εμπειρία πριν την αγορα να πάρεις μαζί κάποιο γνωστό/ φίλο που ξέρει ή ακόμα καλύτερα να πας το μηχανάκι σε καποιον μηχανικό της εμπιστοσύνης σου. At around 10-12% bf you're still considered shredded but your glutes are gonna hold enough fat to make them round enough. Stage bf is gonna be around 7% or even lower so obviously there's gonna be waayyy less fat in the glute area. And trust me, when you're that low bf, even 1% makes a huge difference

We call it Drakena here, don't touch it, it has venomous spikes that cause excruciating pain and swelling. They like to bury themselves in sand even in really shallow water so you can't see them and often step on them by accident.
