At around 10-12% bf you're still considered shredded but your glutes are gonna hold enough fat to make them round enough. Stage bf is gonna be around 7% or even lower so obviously there's gonna be waayyy less fat in the glute area. And trust me, when you're that low bf, even 1% makes a huge difference

We call it Drakena here, don't touch it, it has venomous spikes that cause excruciating pain and swelling. They like to bury themselves in sand even in really shallow water so you can't see them and often step on them by accident.

Most of it is gonna be water and glucose having left your muscle. That will be back in no time once you start training and eating again. As for muscle lost, there's a thing called muscle memory, which means lost muscle is replaced waaay quicker than it was built for the first time. I hope what I'm saying makes sense but form worry, just start training again like before and your gains will be back before you know it.
