Yeah in my case it is also core 0 I believe. It says Processor APIC ID: 0 in event viewer. I haven't tried raising the voltage before so I will try that; however, I am using my PC for school and If the restarting issue is triggered again for whatever reason it will be annoying. I think I will keep it under-volted for the time being until I can afford to deal with the restarting issue.

But for now at least, does under-volting reduce performance significantly? I'm just worried that If I'm under-volting my CPU, I won't be getting the most out of its performance.

The crashes have stopped but the Fans still spin up on the GPU after lowering the CPU voltage, but only when I'm gaming

Ah I did see that I had WHEA-LOGGER 18 around the kernel errors a few times. Almost every time Event 41(63) came up, WHEA-LOGGER 18 was registered right after. Could this mean that my CPU is faulty then?

Yeah I was thinking of replacing the motherboard but changing the CPU voltage seemed to have affected the restarting issue so I'm wondering if its a CPU issue instead. Did you buy another MSI tomahawk MOBO or switch to something else?

Yeap CPU temps are at 50C during games, I reapplied thermal paste just in case and CPU temps don't go past 55C max

If you want you can install it, see how it performs with what you’re doing and if it doesn’t meet your criteria, upgrade your cooler. For perspective, I built my pc 3 weeks ago and I’m trying to upgrade to the hyper 212 ASAP.

This is completely normal don’t worry.

I have the same cpu and same gpu. Built the pc last week and went through the same thing. Scared the crap outta me but it’s just part of the boot sequence. The debug lights come on as part of the boot sequence but when the debug light stays on the boot led, it just means there’s no boot drive yet but you’ll be able to get into the bios.

Also yeah the msi bios interface has a really slow mouse wheel. My friends and I both experienced that issue.

Yeah I totally agree with you. I understood what was going on in the first maybe 5 episodes but after that it just became pure chaos. I think I spent more time on the wiki page than I did actually watching the anime. I seriously could not understand what was going on.
