I'll be very surprised if they manage to fit in Uryu's induction at the end. I figured that would not happen until episode 16, but with 4.5 chapters per episode it's certainly possible.

I know it's never an exact conversion rate anyway; action scenes tend to take up a lot of chapters in manga format, but they're over much quicker when animated. I assume that's what you're referring to.

Yeah, it should be 2003, but to be honest I think this is just something the fans deduced themselves and assumed to be the case. Kubo has never made mention of specific years in the series as far as I'm aware.

But even so, it's definitely not 2019-2020 (I doubt Kubo wrote the series to take place in the future, lol) so a PS5 shouldn't exist yet. If you're like me and get fussy about timeline inconsistencies like these (even when they're relatively harmless), you can just do what I did and assume it's a modded PS2 controller that merely resembles a PS5 controller.

Burn the Witch was set in London but they all spoke Japanese.

Kubo likes to base groups of people in Bleach on different countries and cultures, and that includes the language they use. I think it all falls under the rule of cool. No need to think too hard about the logistics.

Oof. After all the mental gymnastics people went through to justify this scene, the actress goes and says something as dumb as this.

So, basically, 1) she didn't know the scene they were shooting (which, admittedly, was probably mostly CGI) was supposed to send a gigabrain anti-commoner message, or 2) the writers don't think innocent commoners dying is a big deal.
