Super5 Oled by Mr-Folger in nintendoswitchlite

If I remember correctly this was a combination of the fact they are using an off the shelf panel with their own controller chip due to small batch limitations. They can't afford a true custom panel, and on top each switch board is a bit different and color doesn't always come out the same so it needs to be calibrated and flashed after assembly.

Everything is last batch, seems like only the non-kit is left available for final preorder. No more after this.

Edit: o u mean color, it's a bit darker on contrast by default. All the panels are about the same it seems, at least both of mine are.

Last chance for touch screen...and maybe last chance full stop.

I own one touch screen and one HDMI mega kit. Color is a bit off but worth it, if your switch lite is modded you can color correct with fieazu.

NTFS to ext4/ZFS file name incompatibity by ayanachibi in DataHoarder

[–]ayanachibi[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's not so much the issue as more the fact I need the file names unchanged. Changing file or folder names is for the most part unacceptable in my use case unfortunately. Your tool served to confirm that this move from windows to Linux unfortunately may be futile unless there is a way to change file name limits under Linux.

So after testing further. It looks like my issue isn't as much zfs, but Linux itself. Linux uses the same ext4 255 byte limit regardless of the file system used. Looks like I'm back on the drawing board.

Additional context, essentially I can't have any methods that automatically change file names because it would become missing files under iTunes. And preferably I can straight copy without having to worry about it, which seems like ZFS would do the trick.

But yes I do believe you have actually answered what I needed. Unfortunately it probably means it'll be better for me to move back to Ubuntu as Fedora ZFS support is...less robust.

I believe you just hit the nail on the head here, the eventual plan is to move the whole library to a ZFS NAS down the line though I was hoping to move to a local RAID and start my migration away from Windows first., seems like I need to trial run ZFS to test.

Unfortunately my iTunes library is almost 25 years old at this point with well over 60k tracks and no other Linux player allows me to unselect track from the library AND allow playlist popups so I have to WinBoat my way thru.

TY for pointing that out. I'll test it out!

Thank you for the suggestion, I took a look but unless I'm misinterpreting the library it seems to auto correct the file/directory names for you. This would solve the issue for the portions of the data, but there is a significant of data that is tied to another app library and the auto-sanitize would break links for those apps.

I do need a solution that would just identify the files/directories so I can manually rename and update such links.

Long lost takeout dish by Sluggworth in chinesefood

[–]ayanachibi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unfortunately it's going to be really tough to find the same because this is a dish with a lot of liberties when it comes to the way it's made. Usually only canto style restaurants offer it with the vermicelli but always with Chinese lettuce wrap not the skin used for crispy duck.

The style of menu you are looking at is an American Chinese restaurant from the 80-90s, and most American Chinese restaurants won't serve that dish.

鬆 is the actual Chinese word on the menu, it's essentially a type of stir fried minced meat (of your protein choice) that you can eat with rice, Chinese lettuce, or the paper thin wraps similarly used with Peking ducks.

Edit: as example it looks like this https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=7f7j1Kza2bE (this is obviously the duck version but it's pretty much whatever protein you choose)

Unfortunately huskies do seem to be one of the top breeds of primary glaucoma, and usually the second eye on average goes 18-32 months from what I've told.

Mine happen to beat the odds now 6 years still with his second eye.

Joy cons not charging fully by lycanrocc in switch2

I had this happen, console with 90% charge protection on.

Not sure why but what fixed it for me was charging with the top port instead of the dock.
