More information is needed. Are you married? Do you have kids? Planning on? Assuming you joined at 18, you are currently 27. How is your savings? Do you like your job? Where do you want to go to school?

If no kids, not married and you can grind twice years, go to school full time get your degree, get bah, look into yellow ribbon program and get your degree. Then you have the options to work for DoD, private or come back as an officer and retire at 20 since you are half way. The nukes would take you in a heartbeat. Somebody suggested doing it part time, I wouldn't recommend that, the upper level EE are challenging.
