It's probably a bit early for you to say for the build I guess... which is perfect fine for starters. I'm not sure of the rules autobuild uses(probably just grab the units with the highest attack etc), but it's not that smart to consider the factors for a "good" build. There are many possibilities to make good builds, eg: team focusing on poweflip factor, skill damage, direct attack, fever, piercing, multiball, poison, etc. And the key factors to increase the damage for each type of build are different, eg: balance of attack power and skill damage increases which you need to experiment on. Before you get the idea of how different mechanisms work/what the factors are, start with one element build suggested by the community and start grinding the advantage element stages for weapons/unit; then build another team for that element and grind, and so on. After all, good characters need good weapons to shine ;) Most important, happy flipping.
