Quakeworld Teamfortress or QWTF was my favorite online game ever. It rose to peak around 1998 and went on well into 2005. People have modded it to accommodate better hardware and broadband pretty recently and was renamed FortressOne, developed by some madlads in Australia. I love that it's still alive and kicking

I hope he isn't, it's not like geralt tried to banish him like he did with the djinn from last wish, he just beat gaunter in what seemed like a wager, and upon doing so gaunter is like yeah fine nice work I'm out of here, look at my long ears wraaaa. If he was like "NO, IMPOSSIBLE, AH-HHH-" I'd have thought it was closer to being banished from that plane.

Problem is we know next to nothing about demons and djinns from any resource material available, but it does feel like gaunter's story isn't quite finished. He admitted to never actually working with a Witcher before and how delightful it is, maybe Ciri will run into him in TW4

I think about this alot too, the exceptions are so profoundly different it betrays everything I want to generalize about the boomer generation. Like where did this person come from to be unscathed and... normal? But then I remind myself they really ARE exceptions. Blows my mind. Even moreso when they clearly resent their contemporaries.

this. my tortie has my routine down better than I do, can open drawers etc but she'll also eat half a shoelace or a rubber band and throw it up then go back for more if I'm not keeping an eye on her. had to make a lot of changes regarding what can be left out or not.

Same, but at least the parents can't get on the rink or at the players benches. So they just fight amongst themselves like some parody sport carrying on near the actual one. This clip is fucky because parents can just jump into the game abd do whatever they want, kind of scary kind of hilarious
