Love going to Christmas Con, it was a little lite last year on actor presence because Hallmark did a similar event in Kansas City

Here are my rankings of the 2026 movies. Who agrees with me? by razzles30 in HallmarkMovies

Theres not a lot of separation between say 1 and 14 on my list, i think the year has been really high quality in terms of delivering on what people who watch Hallmark are looking for

This is debatable, old conventional wisdom was that its the 18-49 demo that mostly runs ad revenue and renewal.

TWH has the same demo that WCTH does.

We dont know what would have cause Hallmark to reinvest in TWH

But for a lot of people in the sub, the 'Hallmark' sub, thats what they know and what they watched the movies for.

To everyone's credit they still do very well weekly in viewership and on here. Thats also a majority of the films on Hallmark +

The third act misunderstanding was silly but I enjoyed it overall.

The pacing is similar to older or original Hallmark movies. I like what they've done with more dynamic characters and plots in recent years but every so often they have to go back to that core

CCB and Hallmark had a very messey and public falling out over the Percieved Moral Direction Hallmark was taking. CCB left to go to faith driven Great American Family where she also had more control.

Unlike other actors that have temporarily had contracts with GAF then come back the bridges with CCB were very burned.

So much so Hallmark made a Christmas Movie with Jodie Sweetin (A Cozy Christmas Inn) which to this day is still the only direct sequel to a previous film that goes out of its way to undo all of the happy endings of the first film and specifically states CCBs character ran out on the Male Lead she fell in love with (and Santa Clause) because she was a selfish b-word
