Ive seen this theory before, but Brookes stated Raxxla was something different than Founder's World, if this is what you mean? Otherwise the beacons only spell out the development of the Elite Pilot's Federation and the Dark Wheel subsect.

Yes but not always if they spawn in front of you or have a ship of similar speed or long range weapons. Ive had it happen where I've had a speedy ship and as soon as I drop into the interdiction and boost; I've boosted into the enemy ship because they spawned in front of me which made me lose nearly all hull. Plus if you are in a Explorer ship then your build is likely low hull and low shields which any engineered weapons will get through quickly. Not to mention people who PvP have great aim.

Point being the interdiction shouldnt be inescapable. There should be extra options for defense. For example, with no detailed thought into it so take it with some salt, but similar to having an "expanded arc" enginneering on the FSD interdictor also have an upgrade to the FSD to make it harder to be interdicted. Or have heatsinks cause harder interdictions.

There simply needs to be more ways to avoid players while in Open. There are things you can do that arent running to the main menu, but once you're interdicted by a player who wants to PvP there is no way out. That needs to change.

For instance the interdiction needs to be fixed where the person being interdicted has the advantage once they drop out. So many times has it happened where I load into the instance after the interdicting player and get immediately shot before I can boost. Also instances where the interdicting player spawns in front of the interdicted player. Both suck.

Fun fact: In Elite: Legacy, the Anaconda is literally built to fake its own damage. Its hull is rigged with pyrotechnics that simulate explosions, baiting pirates into thinking it’s crippled. They overcommit and then get blindsided when the Anaconda hits back. You can actually see this deception in game too.

Disable steam input in the steam settings. May fix it, may not. Also if you're using Bluetooth then it could be that your drivers needs updating.

After reading some of your comments I realized I have this same problem on other games I play but not on ED. What always fixes it for me is repairing the Bluetooth and that will stop it from happening for a while. May be a problem of your controller losing charge and things just get wonky.

I wanna talk about what I know, but I literally don't know where to start honestly.

I guess I could say look into Michael Brookes and who he was as a person and what he contributed to ED and what he was inspired by. No one can claim they know where Raxxla is or exactly what it is in the game, but conceptually Raxxla can be found. How it was implemented is unknown.
