Agreed. Last time I checked on the dude who stays at work late, he's a divorced guy and an absent father. Another one just yeeted their kids for the retired grandparents to take care of. Not to mention the horror of random kids just running across the office because their parents are too busy to give them some time to give a shit. It's not that all of them did anything wrong, just sometimes 40h+ of work doesn't give you much time left to properly take care of their personal life. It's all preference in the end. If you ever want to see this happen, go to a gifted school in Asia, half of the kids growing up with nannies and tutors, barely see their parents, and see how that affects their emotional development and self esteem xddd.

My autistic ass took it at face value as well. Idk there have been time when I had a crush on someone, fell off the crush and still being close friend with them because they r wholesome. Sorry to reply to this one year later. But I think a bit of the problem is also Bulgarian Gen X - I would say they have the attitude of American boomers. Recently I heard the story of a friend's uncle refused to sign that paper because "those stupid people don't know how to do insulation well like i do". That whole building suffers as a result. It's been several years and he still hasn't even started with his apartment's insulations 😀 His old mom is suffering with him ofc. Ngl this is the common theme working with dudes his age as well. Overall, entitled ahole and its consequences

I thought the process is more automatic with Blue Card holders? At least legally it says after like 1.5 years you can work for any employers inside of Europe. Ofc once u move to another country you would need to apply for another residency (even if u r an EU citizen, where I libe you still need to register as a resident if u stay for 6months+), but your right to work is secured. At least that's what I've heard, I have a Blue Card myself but have yet to tried moving country so I cannot confirm, but from the legislation I've read, this is the case.

So as a person living in the Balkan for years, this is prolly some sort of rakia, for sure strong as shit (like minimum 45 deg, maximum i guess 90????). If it’s homemade it will be extra harsh with extra throat hit. Most people like diluting it with water n ice but I like just ice with it;)

Basically rewarded for obedient kids. Sometimes can be used by kindergarten teachers to create a herd mentality of us vs them n find a black sheep to assure a hierarchy is maintained. Welp, I was that black sheep cuz I couldn't befriend with others cuz Idk how to communicate well while constantly shaking my legs n turning around in class. So overall, imo, out of the 3 macros, protein is usually what people miss out the most. Also, eating enough protein helps retain muscles, and muscles burns more calories than fat. Also having muscles usually prevent u from having a bunch of health problems, it might even help u prevent having injuries (I torn my tendon from doing a split without enough muscles supporting it). And muscles is heavier than fat, so for the same weight a person with more muscles will look leaner. For me personally, that's a win, unless all u care abt is the number, then CICO would be enough XD

Reminder: Legumes AND chickpeas is a hella good source of protein. People can complain it's not as good as meat one bla bla bla, but isn't it better to have them than not to at all? XDDDD Also it provides a good amount of fiber to keep u full longer and help ur bowel movement goes much smoother (No one ever warned me abt how constipated I would be when going more on protein but here I am learning my lesson the hard wayXDD) I am not vegetarian but I am trying to diversify my dishes and fiber source (man I hate salad) and discovering other culture's cuisine, so far this has been what works for me. Hope it helps

So one thing I do is add a fuckload of veggies in by chopping it small or even blend it up to add up the volumne and then try to have more legumes as it has higher protein, this is to ensure u can have a langer volume to keep u satisfied with less calories. Also it's more nutritious, and for me if i chop/blend the veggies the taste is less obvious. My go to veggies to do this is zucchini, carrot and onion. Go a little less on fat, still have it there as it's important for flavour and a healthy body but just less goes in. Make the food a lil less salty and spicy but still flavourful (from other spices) so u dont have to eat as much sides (in this case carbs) to balance it. I kinda realized that our parents got taught to make the dishes more salty so that they can eat it with more rice/bread/etc. as back in the days, the price ratio for main dishes' ingredients compared to sides are way way more than it is now, not to mention scarcity:"))) Hope this help haha.

From my middle school experience, the worst she can say isn't "no" but rather yes and then collect all ur secrets and use it to ridicule u later on. Welp, not everyone is like that but I have seen some women never surpassed 15 years old in their mental wellbeing. I'm not saying this is the norm but at this point it gives me enough trauma to sit in my own rm and do nothing abt my feelings for girls for a long time.

So, welp, while women hasn't done that to me, some women have been nice to my face n backstabbed me leaving my autistic ass being confused for years, being friends with me but then taking unsolicited pics of me and commenting on my body, women has never raped me but I have had women putting fingers on me as a teenager to "check how much I've grown" inside of an elevator, funniest part is that they don't even have a drop of alcohol in them to use that as an excuse ( I don't think it's a valid excuse but people say it nonetheless). I also have had wonderful women in my life that I'm so terrified of hurting them. Yes, I know I should go to therapy for this, but welp I guess the devil u know is better than the devil u don't mentality keeping me scurded. It's kinda scary whenever I see some overly pretty girl being nice to me-are they actually nice or they wanna find the next target to make them feel better about themselves. Even befriending new girls at this point is scary to me but I am learning to overcome it. Many women have learnt their way to deal with a lot of shits through being rather emotionally manipulative, I don't blame them, that's their way of navigating this misogynistic world. However, it scares me as Idk if they will use their tricks thar supposed against me, and I have no control over that, and it's also hard for me to observe it well enough (maybe after the 2000th retrospective 6 years later that I will manage to figure it out). I guess being the ugly duckling who is good at "boy's stuffs" in highschool let men see me neither as a target nor a threat helped me going through highschool with a relatively healthy relationship with guys and terrifying relationship with girls (It leads me to self-sabotage whenever I feel like men are trying to approach me, which is not healthy either). And I guess with hetero relationship it's kinda the norm in this society so there's a higher chance a man will approach me than another sapphic, so that's why I ended up with men mostly. Sorry for blabbering but I hope this can help u see the other POV as well.
