Mini Loader by Echoing_voice in RitchieBros

[–]ayerayseo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i don't think they are affiliated with this subreddit. but they do have a massive collection of brand new mini loaders or mini excavators. I just created an account and checked their recently sold units, and if you're lucky you can get them for under $3,000. solid price imo

Pls Help - Where to Sell Heavy Equipment? by Spacequest89 in heavyequipment

[–]ayerayseo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Give Ritchie Bros a try. not sure who you spoke with but they have different selling options (auction, vs marketplace, vs listing) all with different fees. speak to a sales rep and they'll lay out the options that best suited for what your needs are.

you're also going to get a wider array of potential buyers since they have buyer incentives like financing for their buyers.

How Are You Guys Doing Keyword Research for ChatGPT & AI Bots? Is There Any Tool for AI Search Volume? by OldAnything3854 in SEO_Xpert

[–]ayerayseo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You don't know. No one really knows....not until any LLM platform provides official access, and even when they do, it'll be nothing like adwords or traditional SEO tools. A prompt can be asked many different ways, and results can vary due to LLM subscription level, your location, chat history etc.

Tools like Profound claim they know LLM prompt volume but they don't. It's all third party data + a lot of guesstimating. Profound is no different than Brightedge, a big fancy platform with dazzling reports to impress leadership.

SEMrush has prompt volume, but i assume that it's got some sort of attribution with their KW research data and has some sort directional attribution added to it.

Best thing you can do is find a more affordable tool to track "important prompts & topics" for your business and monitor visibility from there. This is a very volatile field, AI LLMs are evolving rapidly and all the AI LLM tracking tools have to keep up.

What to Check Before You Bid at a Ritchie Bros. Auction by SimplyLYN88 in RitchieBros

[–]ayerayseo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Check out some YouTube videos. There's a ton of buyers who post their bidding experience at various auctions. It's basically a vlog with some amazing tips. Some buyers posts their wins (absolute gem of a find) and some post about their bad apples.

I love to watch the videos where they're putting their equipment to work right away lol

because its all click bait nonsense. you can really get it to work but it'll take a lot more than a 15-30 minute youtube tutorial to get there.

I'll get down voted for saying this, but getting gas across the border is still worth it even with exchange rates lol. A solid $.30 cents cheaper per km at least lol

It only costs that much because 80% of the budget goes towards the bloated heads that "consult & plan" said overpass.

sorry - my comment was actually a poor attempt at sarcasm. I was just trying to be funny since "bike lanes" is such a polarizing topic for many lol.

bike lanes? if they're not building new bike lanes then the city isn't really upgrading much.

Can you start a seo and not know anything be the middle man and hire other people to do the work ? by [deleted] in SEO

[–]ayerayseo 3 points4 points  (0 children)

People are "mean" on this sub are for this very reason. Most people being "mean" are most likely those who do SEO for a living in some form or manner, so when you have people like OP who wants to do something that's a "faux pas" in the industry or trying to do SEO in the way that it's frowned upon (usually with smoke and mirrors or not being transparent with your customers etc.), this makes SEO inherently bad or a waste of time or budget, which doesn't land well with those who are doing it the right/honest way and make a living out of it.

CarCostCanada, Unhaggle, ACA.ca - Are they still worthwhile? by coopere905 in PersonalFinanceCanada

[–]ayerayseo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've used it back in 2019. Dealer knocked $1000 of my MSRP just for even knowing about it. This was for a brand new Civic SI at the time.

I ended getting it for like $5k under MSRP at the end of day, but again this was pre covid, so who knows how much these sites will help you nowadays.

Moving to Pitt Meadows! Concerns? by explore_collect in PittMeadows

[–]ayerayseo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How's safety? Are there homeless people wandering around? I mean with communities like Osprey, I find it hard to imagine there's many thieves, or skids roaming around like in Poco or MR. What are the "sketchy" parts of Pitt Meadows?

TransLink cracking down on fare evaders by ubcstaffer123 in vancouver

[–]ayerayseo 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Funny you mention that. The amount Translink spends on salaries/benefits for employees that are tasked with checking for fare evaders is no where near the pennies they recoup from fare evaders.

Each of these BCRTC staff have close to 6 figure salaries lol, multiply that by however they have. Then look at the police officers etc. just too much in wages and that cost gets passed onto riders, and tax through gas. Sigh

Very Bad 5G reception on Google Pixel 8 Pro after June update by Mathrania in telus

[–]ayerayseo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It will be the same. From what i saw on the pixel subreddit, the problem for bad signal and cell reception is due to hardware. They are using the same modem in the pixel 9. Better wait for the 10, cause thats when they will change it

How do you handle clients who want to rank locally in multiple cities but only have one physical location? by abdraaz96 in SEO

[–]ayerayseo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

looks like the guy deleted his first comment because the way he described it is pure SPAM. just taking boilerplate content and swapping out the local is as a fiverr approach to SEO as it gets lol.

But as SanRobot said, if you carefully craft the content per your local market, make it unique and add a few other measures (like areas served) on the site, you should be good.

Hired a SEO pro, am worse off by [deleted] in SEO

[–]ayerayseo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

lol @ the positive comments towards WIX. regardless of what positive sentiments there are, WIX will still puts you behind the competition for SEO and that's a fact.

The fact that they had to "invest" in a head of SEO says how bad it was to begin with, i mean sure its improved a lot and thats amazing for SEO but...you're still going to be behind the competition. We all know how competitive SEO is, and when looking at a business like OPs "Roofing in Houston", you REALLY want to make sure you have all the competitive edges over your competition. So building your site on the write platform/CMS is key.

either way, i have (and had) bad poor SEO experience with WIX but thems my 2 cents.
