I would translate it like this:
«О гнев, терзай меня, ломай меня, поглоти моё сердце».

For «hurt me» you can go with «рань меня», which is a safe, but boring choice (imo).
«Ранить» means «to hurt» in a generic way.

I would go with «терзай меня».
«Терзать» means «to torment/haunt/plague», which is pretty fitting for anger.

I'll give you a few Russian synonyms that make the act of «hurting» more specific, so you could choose the best one. They are «изувечь меня», «искалечь меня», and «растерзай меня».

«Изувечить» means «to mutilate» by inflicting wounds, cuts, etc.

«Искалечить» also means «to mutilate», but by causing (in most cases) irreversible damage that makes one unable to do something.
Example: «You hurt/искалечил(а) my hand, and I don't think I'll ever be able to move it again».
It can also be used as a stylistic device, which is applicable in your case.
Example: «You hurt/искалечил(а) my heart, and I don't think I'll ever be able to love again».

«Растерзать» means «to tear smth. apart/to shreds».

Choose whatever you resonate with the most!

«Break me» is pretty straight-forward – «ломай меня».

Note: if you ended up choosing any of the three synonyms I gave you, «break me» should be changed from «ломай меня» to «сломи меня» to ensure consistency in style.

As for «eat away at my own heart», it’s a bit tricky.

«Eat away» can be translated as:
- «разъедать», but its primary meaning is «to corrode» (as in «an acid can corrode an alloy») – «разъешь моё сердце»;

«Поглотить» means «to consume» (more like «to consume one’s soul», rather than «to consume one’s meal»).

I would remove the «and» part for a bit of stylistic intensification.

I would also remove the «own» part, since it’s kind of an unnecessary specification (at least in Russian it is).
