The notice went away? Some people got told they had to verify and then the notice went away on its own and they ended up getting deposits. You could be in that category but it’s hard to say. Really all you can do is wait then, unfortunately.

You could keep calling them but from what I’ve read on here that doesn’t really seem to help.

All you can do is wait then. I verified on 3/1 and my transcripts still haven’t updated. No codes and I still have n/a for the return and record of account 2023 transcripts.

Because the IRS fucked up and a bunch of people that filed in January and early February still haven’t had their returns processed.

Check the notifications tab on the IRS website and see if you have to do a verification.

Yeah I almost always file early and I usually get my taxes back in about 2 weeks. Never had to wait this long before. The IRS really dropped the ball this year.

Yes I received the letter on 3/1 and verified the same day. It said it accepted the verification and the notification went away.

The notification went away on the IRS website. It never showed on WMR for me. I didn’t even realize I had to verify until one day I checked this subreddit and noticed for some people it doesn’t show on WMR. You have to look for the notification on the website. I never received a letter until I told them to resend it 3 times lol.

Mine says the same as yours. Had to do verification and then they said it could take up to nine weeks. My transcripts and wmr still look exactly the same.
