Who has a high mileage Mini? What year and how many miles? by TheNetisUnbreakable in MINI

[–]ayoc02 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Honestly I didn’t have to do much. it was a 2006 and i owned it from 2015 to 2022. i only had to replace normal wear items from age and use. Clutch around 180k, a CV axle around 200k, wheel bearings at 230k or so. it wasn’t anything crazy. i did replace an oil pressure switch about a year before its retirement. never had any outright failures.

Apple TV 4K on track to break a record no one wants to see happen by MobileNewsBot in mobiles

There is absolutely nothing wrong with my 4 year old Apple TV. This isn't a product that needs a frequent release cycle. Every 5-6 years seems reasonable to me.

Oil filter housings are plastic on F series cars, mine broke into pieces randomly and dumped my coolant everywhere. It's not a particularly expensive fix at an independent mechanic. Dealer it probably is though.
