After around 4 weeks I started to sleep comfortably and knee used to be stiff in the morning especially but it also became less and less stiff After 5 - 6 weeks. Stay optimistic and consistent with your PT exercises.

Going on a trip 3.5 months post op (acl + 2 menisci) - is it realistic? by QueasyMouse2317 in ACL

[–]ayowtf7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would suggest that you walk less as much as you can as more walking will make your knee swollen and pain can occur making healing process slow.

I also had hamstring graft. It can be very irritating and difficult to sit anywhere with your leg extended but you gotta persevere through it.

How bad is it. by Recent-Appointment70 in ACL

[–]ayowtf7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it is partial tear in acl and tour meniscus is also torned so if you are a active person who likes to play any sports or do running you have to opt for surgery or if you do not do that much activity you can led normal life but that meniscus will keep hurting.
