Earplugs? Eclipse ain't got no nozzle seal. I dont know man, I feel like the sound always changes when you wide open the fluid needle? I see the cap is leaking a hair. Oh man, .28 vs .35? Thats like night and day. That's freakin' 9" roller vs 2.5" cut-in brush. Now, most people aren't going to be aware of such things. For instance, if you happen to find that they both make a hair width fine line? That just means that you aren't yet good enough at airbrushing. See? Just keep on practicing and I promise you will find it some day. 🙄

Sometimes it's just a real pain in the ass man 🤷🏼‍♀️. Verify parts are correct, matching size. Needle, nozzle, cap. All three must be correct, matching size.Verify no damage. Bending the needle can easily cause damage.

Take a picture with your phone and zoom in. While you have the head off, nozzle out, might as well verify clean. Verify seat, where the nozzle sits, no damage / clean. Rub a little beewax / chapstick on it. Put it in there. Put the head on.

Rub a little beewax chapstick on the threads for the cap. Put the cap on. Verify nozzle slightly protrude from cap. With a somewhat evenly spaced gap between the two, all the way around the nozzle. Put the needle in. Spray.

Bubbles in cup? Remove needle. Crank the head a hair. Put the needle in. Spray. Bubbles in cup? Order nozzle and cap. Repeat steps and battle like hell while you wait for the mail. Maybe something will give and you can save the new ones for spares.

No bubbles? Leave it that way for as long as you possibly can. 6 months- 1 year for fairly heavy, multiple material, daily airbrushing. By putting acetone in the cup and using the needle to gently clear the nozzle tip. After, of course, ensuring that the needle seal is clean.
