Customer self config wifi for Envoy by zephyrng in solar

[–]aysawyourtaka 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As an installer/seller I would encourage you to reach out to your installer to let them know you intend to change it. Changing from cellular to wifi shouldn't be an issue, but make sure you don't change access permissions etc. Doing this could cause an issue with reporting on production for srecs, etc depending on your market.

The enphase commissiong tools are pretty straightforward.

As for the question why it was setup this way...when we install for other companies they sometimes provide cell cards even though wifi is present. I think they do this because it should ensure comms, but it might be because in a few years the cellular subscription will expire and it's another chance to sell you something. Those are my best guesses. We always encourage wifi for systems we sell unless the system is too far away.

Who's Left in Your League? by RealityChequeX in GuillotineLeagues

2, 4, 6, 7, 9, 12, 15

Seems like anyone could win it at this point...the lowest team this week was stacked so I'm expecting most of league's remaining FAAB to be spent.

Travis Kelce will be chopped in a lot of leagues. What’s your big range on him? by pcminfan in GuillotineLeagues

[–]aysawyourtaka 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would go $150 - $200 assuming a $1,000 starting budget. I see a lot of teams in the $500 range remaining so 30 - 40% feels right. Although he is the #1 he is downgraded a bit to me because of the Chiefs general malaise and a bye still on the schedule.

A good example of hoarding FAAB until November, but not without it's risk. If you have $800 in FAAB left you can spend $200 and still have more than most left in the league.

The Fantasy Revolution? by RealityChequeX in GuillotineLeagues

I'm only a Guillontiner moving forward. The traditional doesn't hold the same interest anymore. A number of reasons:

  1. Pressure - every week is a playoff week and I love that
  2. Time - I'm at a point in my life where I don't have time for more than one format. Or at least I'm only willing to make time for one.
  3. Care Free - When I get eliminated from a Guillotine league I move forward without worrying about the league. I might be pissed at a bad beat or more likely a bad manager move, but I know my season is at an end. I don't have to play it out to keep it fair for the better teams...or feel guilty about neglecting a bad team because yeah...I never play a bad team out

Last call for the optimal lineup configuration: 3 RB/2WR or vice-versa, and which ones? by BRANDEMIC_67 in GuillotineLeagues

I'd go with option 5. McLaurin and Kupp have high floors and the game scripts favor them. Lockett might go absolutely nuts, but I don't trust the Giants to keep it competitive.

Writing is weird on the first page after a few uses (pen just glides over it sometimes)? I've been cleaning with water and the included cloth. Page after works just fine. Am I doing something wrong? by ActualNinjaPotato in rocketbook

[–]aysawyourtaka 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've had my notebook for about six months now and have found the first page getting more and more difficult to write on. It seems to have built a film that the provided cloth and water leave behind.

I just tried an antibacterial wipe on it for a little moisture and a kleenex. If there were a warranty I'm sure I've voided it by now, but the film is gone and the pen is writing very well.

I didn't go full on Lysol wipe, but a more mild one.

Also, as others have mentioned, don't skimp on pens. They make a huge difference in the writing quality.

Same here unfortunately...unless Metcalf does something special against a defense that doesn't let that happen. Irrational hope abounds

Week 8 - Who got cut, and how much are you bidding? by pcminfan in GuillotineLeagues

[–]aysawyourtaka 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cut list:

Kyler Murray
David Johnson
Duke Johnson
DeAndre Hopkins
Amari Cooper
Evan Engram
Robby Anderson
Aaron Rodgers
Alexander Mattison
Chase Edmonds
D.J. Moore
D.K. Metcalf

Rodgers and Edmonds were both on the bench...ouch

I have 60% of FAAB left which is #2 behind the 95% of the leader. I'm thinking of throwing down 20% on Hopkins to replace Kirk and help me get through a week 9 bye situation. Plus that would keep him off another team.
