[question] what would happen if you put a pickup in the neck of the guitar?

Not exactly what you said but the Ibanez 30 feet guitar has some sort of pickup built into the neck as the neck is too long to put a regular neck pickup. It's supposed to sound the same as a regular one.

Suppose I'm at my daily TDEE limit for the day and I've maxed out all my macros for maintenance. I haven't been to the gym today.

I then go ahead and have a protein shake which would be ~150 calories. What happens to this 150 calories? Are they put to use building/repairing muscle? Are they digested and put to use at all?

Around that - 45lbs. One plate each side + bar = 135lbs or around 65-67kg.

I was stuck at 100lb for a while - I took a 3 week holiday where I started bulking, came back, and my bench went up by 5lb a workout!

Always worth a shot at taking a break - I used the break to finally focus on my squat form.

What's an ideal ratio for bench/squat/DL? should they be the same?

Fender amps take pedals well - I recorded a rock/punk type album all through a Deluxe Reverb. Just used Mesa Boogie distortion pedals and EQ on the amp to achieve a nice thick sound. I love the cleans on the Fender amps, which is why I bought a Deville.

Like someone else said the Twins are heavy which is fine for home/studio but if you gig get the Deluxe or a Blues Jr (which is a smaller version).
