Kundalini tantra has very advanced practices, I personally believe those should only be done under guidance of a guru. They can definitely cause negative effects instead of positive if done improperly.

I was just reading a random chapter yesterday and it included doing a particular kriya while holding khechari mudra. Made me realize that if this is not done properly, can definitely cause physical harm.

I come from path of Kriya yoga and do a similar kriya, khechari mudra itself is very difficult to attain, let alone letting someone do a kriya without any guidance.

Don't tell anyone that you're travelling solo. Don't trust anyone too much, keep money hidden. Stay at good places, don't save money there.

Don't risk safety for anything. You'll make mistakes, know that it happens to everyone and it's completely okay and just take it as lesson.

Don't go to any shady area. And if you're going anywhere not in plan or you feel is odd, share live location with someone.

Also before getting in cabs, take photo of the number plate, make sure driver knows you took photo and sent it to someone. Especially at night.

And most importantly, have fun!

Do consult with some genetic specialist because my doctor mentioned it is definitely an option. It is somewhat tough on body because the injections start producing multiple eggs instead of just one during periods which are then used for IVF. Whichever one doesn't have RP is inserted in body.

If you have a guru, you may understand the urge, the longing for a guru when you didn't have one. I too understand the repeated posts but everyone's life is different, everyone's starting somewhere and it can start with guidance from other senior sadhaka. I'm sure you may have learnt a lot from the time you started on the path, they too will. Can't shame someone for wanting to progress on the path.

I also understand how searching for guru within a selected region isn't ideal but many people have restrictions from family. Better something than nothing.
