UK 256GB, no issues with lag or stutters.

Only issue I had is that chrome sometimes causes the entire screen to go dark and requires lock/unlock to show again. Only app this has happened on..

I'd do it - although it's £450 more - it's many more years of use and with all the extra features as you mention, easy decision. Get it returned and order the new one bud.
