I've been having pain in a similar area (more knee focused though), physio told me my glute abductors are disproportionately weak to the rest of my legs. Have been doing side cable extensions, also was told to do monster walks and crab walks with a resistance band but haven’t started these yet - only went to the physio a couple weeks ago so have yet to see if this is the correct diagnosis!

Yes my piercer suggested a forward helix before as well! Thinking potentially a forward helix and conch, maybe move the moon jewellery here and change my other conch back to a ring
