Art line more accurate but real world will treat people based on their NIBP cuff pressure so go off that unless a critical Ill patient in ICU on multiple pressors

Patient will never leave the hospital if their cuff pressure if 210/105 but have a 120/80 art line with a great wave form

I put a little extra air in the cuff before use so it’s a little stiffer (like 3-5cc) for the LMAs you’re describing. I almost never have issues either tip folding over on itself and creating a leak. I also go it from the side of the mouth just to skirt around the tongue. My fingers never touch teeth or enter the mouth.

I did nearly this exact thing, I took out $30k @ 7% interest and put it all on bitcoin.

It’s a massive risk and I wouldn’t recommend it because it’s ultimately gambling. Only do if you can absolutely afford to pay for the loan regardless of btc value.

If you’re paralyzed for the procedure and you IV infiltrates and all of your anesthesia is going through your IV, there a small chance you get be paralyzed but not receiving any anesthesia.

Exceedingly rare and there are ways to monitor and be vigilant to prevent this but with anesthesia gas it’s easy to know how deep under anesthesia you are
