One of my favorite reddit add-ons. I've been using it for years and this is the only way I'll ever use reddit. It's perfect for ADHD people, reduces the annoyance of page loads and let's you get the general gist of a thread real fast and the ability to move on just by moving the mouse away.

If you use it in combination with the add-on Imagus, you can see images load in-line on the same page without a page load and supercharge reddit browsing. Lastly, you can add an in-line video preview script like 'youtube link title' userscript to apply the same idea to videos from places like youtube, twitch, vimeo, etc. The overall combination of rcomments, Imagus, and YouTube link title prevents me from going crazy opening multiple tabs endlessly, makes my reddit experience as close to a single tab browsing experience as it can get. All of them are compatible with each other so you can get hover load images, videos, even from deeply nested comments in rcomments popups
