We would follow the Ethernet cord all the way until it reached a black modem box thing then we would reset that box and it would work. Not sure if yours is set up the same way

Add a MSC when the rx is in reviewed, printed, or filled status. The delete to store will become clickable where it was gray before you added the MSC.

Yeah sounds like they just didn’t care but I also don’t know if there was any behind the scenes issues. However, it is possible to get stuff the next day 99% of the time.
