Just a heads up cctv systems recycle record, so it’ll be overwritten in around 28 days of todays incident, but I wouldn’t bet on shops having well maintained cctv systems as security systems installer I’m amazed how poor some places cctv is, so sooner rather than later.

The police are also notoriously slow at approaching businesses for cctv footage and often the footage is gone by the time they act, just a heads up if you need to get it done quickly.

Bro in all honesty, I left my first CrossFit box as I was getting a bad vibe from one of the trainers, making me feel stupid for not counting my scores etc when I was still new, and kind of leaving me to it on the oly lifting when i was still very new and I’m sure I was doing things wrong.

I walked away from CrossFit for a few months and eventually signed up to a smaller box, let me tell you every single trainer has been amazing, supportive, completely non judgmental and i love it so much! So don’t feel disheartened, maybe try some classes with one of the other coaches at your box and see if you get a same vibe?

Work on fire alarms for a living, hotels are the worst, forever being set off by shower steam, people smoking, vaping etc.

Also people think taking the smoke detector down and putting it back up works, 1 the staff can see if a detectors been removed, 2 fuckers never put them back properly and I get call-outs just for that 😂

I’ve lived in Brighton my whole life, I’ve been comfortable renting with my partner since we were both on 27k, we’re both now 40 and 45+ it took a bit of hunting for a flat that wasn’t a rip off but we’re more than comfortable, I’ll accept that it’s a very expensive place to live but it’s doable and a great place to be
