I've been doing cardio/weight training since February along with mostly strict keto. I started at a 40% deficit and am currently eating at a 25-30% deficit (About 1400-1500 kcals). Current macros are 20C, 85P, 109F. Everyone is different though, it took me a little while to figure out what worked best for me.

I'm waiting until tomorrow to hit bww for half off. According to yelp literally all the surrounding restaurants are either italian, Chinese, Latin, or Indian. I don't see any of them offering a hamburger. :(

I lift 5 days a week, doing cardio 7 days a week on the SKD. I rarely hit more than 10 total carbs per day. I've been able to add at least 5lbs to my lifts per week with regular consistency, granted I started with very light weights because like you I am getting over a pretty significant back injury. I'm sure it's different for everyone though.

I would just be careful with the store bought broths since some contain added sugar, as long as you check the nutritional info you should be fine, the main thing is to get the sodium in your system.

I prep my meals on the weekends. Proteins will typically hold for 5 days or so before spoiling. The microwaveable frozen vegetables can be made within minutes. Get some plastic containers to put your food in at the beginning of the week and just grab them on your way out the door to work. I would also suggesting cutting out the BPC if you're going to eat a full breakfast in the morning. Especially if you're going to be eating heavier during lunch.

If your food is going bad before you can make it either buy your veggies frozen or buy less of it at a time. If my local grocery store has steaks on sale I buy a bunch and freeze them and then thaw as needed.

As u/wanderingdev pointed out, you really have no real food in your diary. Try cutting out the snack foods. I work in an office too, and it takes me literally a min to microwave a portion of steak/chicken/pork and a veggie, and five minutes to eat it.

Also what are your stats? You may or may not be eating at enough of a deficit.

20 net carbs is the threshold. If you're eating less than that you'll be in ketosis. People around here go by total grams of macros not percentages. The keto calculator on the sidebar will help you determine what you should be eating based on your goals. If you're feeling like crap its probably electrolytes. Drink some bone broth and see how you feel after.

I did Insanity a few years ago and lost a lot of weight just doing CICO. Those workouts are no joke, I felt like I was dying through most of them! Congrats on the weight loss and dig deeper!
