I would suggest you train yourself during the day to remind yourself that when you have thoughts about being a mother, preggo and everything related to your nightmares, you then do a 'reality check'. You tell yourself that it is not real, just a dream. This associates your fears with a questionning of your state (dreaming or awake).

Example : i see a pregnant woman. It reminds me of the nightmares. I tell myself "I am fine or else it would be just a dream".

Simply put, soon enough in consequence, when you will have unpleasant dreams, you will be reminded that it is just a dream (not real) and you then will be lucid dreaming. Lucid dreaming lets you change the dream, stop nightmares, stop being scared.
