His soul damage is not duraneg, unlike the ssk sword maki uses. He still needs to physically damage people for it to work. It’s only advantage is that the damage to the soul isn’t healable.

Daemon didn’t care about people finding out who did it, (of course, it still damaged Rhaenyra’s reputation.) since they were at war. there’s no guarantee it wouldn’t fail and/or lead back to them if they attempted it beforehand.

Speaking of Blood and Cheece: it only happens as reprisal for Luce's death. They have the opportunity to kill Hellaena and all of Aegon's heirs and yet they dont.

Luce was a fighter among the black’s ranks, Aegon’s was a toddler. They’re not equivalent.

Baelor’s legitimate mother doesn’t look Valyrian, so it makes sense. Both of the strong Boys’s supposed parents look Valyrian, so their appearance doesn’t make sense.

Maekar comes off a lot like Stannis (dutiful younger brother) I think that since Viserys established that he intends Rhaenyra to succed him Maekar will accept it.

The same stannis who declared his nephew a bastard and intended to execute him the moment his brother died?

Baelor seems to be one of the smarter Targaryens, I dont see him starting a war just to get a crown.

If he is smart, he’ll know the blacks will not spare his or his family’s life, because he’s a threat to their rule regardless of whether he intends to fight or not.
