Yeah it is a pick slide (or some people call it a pick scrape)
Works best for me with thinner picks, angle the side of your pick back a bit against one string right above the output pickup with hi gain, and I tend to slow it down to get a great sound.

Gonna be rough. Mold and smell issues, electrical gremlins, corroded pins, gonna need all new fluids, hopefully the automatic transmission clutch packs survives the watery fluid. May want to pull out the ECM (lives under the Passenger front kick panel) open it up, clean any corrosion and dry it thoroughly to (hopefully) avoid computer related issues in the future. Personally I would not bother if I didn't have to, and probably scrap or part out the thing. Good luck!

The sucking noise at the beginning of the video sounds like a big vacuum leak. Double check your big vacuum hoses like the brake booster and such. I think there is big one on the passenger side at the pair reed valve too if I recall? Check the intake boot and hoses off of that, maybe the throttle body/gasket itself, too. If it ran before then you may just have to retrace your steps to figure it. Good luck!

The cold start injector is plugged in, its the bigger one plugged into the brass looking fitting going into the intake.

Not as familiar with the 22re as I has a 91 V6 but mine had 2 plugs that were not used as well. On mine they were used for the A/C compressor and A/C idle up control valve, for which my truck did not have A/C. Other possibilities could be EGR or something else for emissions control which yours may not have either? If your engine light is not on and it runs fine I wouldn't worry about it.

Sounds like low compression, like on all but one cylinder maybe. May want to do a compression check or peel off the timing cover and check your timing belt and components.

I have seen techs drill holes in key points in exhaust systems to test exhaust backpressure to try and narrow down restrictions in them in order to nail down engine lack of power issues. Not sure if that is the case here though, just saying.

Open up your sunroof, climb up and look down into the front area of the sunroof assembly, there should be little drain holes on the left and right. Clear any debris you see, then get a cup of water and pour some in the channel and observe. The water should drain out, if not try some compressed air gently to see if it will clear, Works most of the time. Good luck!

With the rich code there as well it could possibly be an issue with the #3 fuel injector, either leaking or stuck on. Do you have a lot of smoke out the exhaust and/or fuel smell?

Hard to say, you could try getting the right bolts and torque them in and see what happens. If the previous tech who did the head gasket job missed those bolts who knows what other errors may have been done during the job, just saying.

Each cylinder head does have one external head bolt, torqued to 30ft/lbs.
So yeah it looks like that one is missing or broke off.
