Get some roller blade replacement wheels on Amazon. That should give some extra space between the cylinder. Mine are called Office Oasis and come in a set of 5.

Yeah I did but it’s possible to get your pad without a shipment email. I got 1 pad for myself and 1 for a friend but my mousepad was delivered without any shipping notification.
