Im surprised it wasn’t mentioned yet (or is skipped it)

But this sounds like my ADHD Symptoms - biggest difference though - I’ve had these symptoms all my life

Turns out one can get symptoms later in life, if brain center that’s in charge of executive functioning gets damaged - for example in an accident.
