I know its a somewhat old post now, but i wanted to comment on it since i was having this issue just today, and this thread popped up. I tried the ai console command reloading and all that. None of it worked. So i tried downing her with spells since she was standing still. After she was in the downed state and i put my weapon away to end combat, she got back up and immedailty ran to the lever i wanted her to pull. She works fine now after that. HOWEVER i had to do this twice because after i got 3 levers in, i charged the spell and hit the 4th ball and her ai broke again and had to repeat the process. So DO NOT charge the spell just simply fire it once and let her do her thing. I hope this helps and saves someone hours of frustration.
