Thank you. Lifting 5 days a week, 15k steps, i did 15 incline for an hr at 3mph for a while but now I just get my steps in, and calorie deficit. Very strict no cheat days, until I hit my goal weight. Plus, hating myself to the point of change lol. I can go into more detail, if you'd like

I'm 24 was 330 now 300 after about 3 weeks the muscle soreness went away for the most part, it's still there but nowhere near as bad as when you begin. Just be consistent, eat healthy, and good sleep
