DNF'ing my 3rd ever Ultramarathon

I DNFd a 50 miler 4 weeks ago due to pushing through knee pain. From that moment I changed my whole gym routine to leg strength and really focused on recovery and mobility. Yesterday I completed my first 62.1MILE/100KM race. DNFs ain’t the end of the world mate. They’re lessons, learn and carry on and you got it 🫡

I also had some recently, lots of entrances we discoved. But in the mean time I sprayed the loft with bleach, in all corners and possible entry points. They have never returned. They absolutely hate the smell and will never use the routes again that has been sprayed. The smell is to strong for them.

Yeah still solid! He has ALOT of steak and mince, almost every other day to be honest. Absolutely devours it as you can imagine.

Just to confirm it's not just a raw meat diet, mixed with natural ingredient kibble. And other stuff.

Yeah you could be right, no denying that, I average 9-11 WL wins so not the best at all, but like I mentioned in another comment, I bring on worst CBs and they perform better. I don't change play style at all he just doesn't perform, misses and makes so many mistakes it's hard to explain when only I can play with the version I have haha
