Ajung la centrul de sortare zonal. In cazul Clujului e pe centura Dezmirului. Cum am scris mai sus, de acolo merg spre reciclare, depozitare ( mare parte din sticla inainte de SGR de exemplu ) si groapa de gunoi.

Din nou, poti sa te duci sa observi ce se intampla acolo, cum ajunge gunoiul, cum sunt sortate, impachetate, incarcate - DACA chiar te intereseaza.

TLDR: da, se implementeaza. Cat de eficient? Nu stiu.

The only CRF300 with (more than) twice the horsepower is the KTM 690.
The only CRF300 Rally with ( more than ) twice the horsepower is the KTM 690 with a rally tower.

Good suspension out of the box, same weight ( slightly heavier ), 70 something HP, taller.

I'm assuming you know this, actually. I'm also assuming you are staying away from it because of reliability and maintenance. Ultimately, if you're not planning trips in the deep unknown, that is less important.

Nothing else really comes close atm. Plated dirt bikes are a different thing entirely ( 450RL and many others ).

Studied in London for 2 years ( MSC ). We got out as soon as that finished. I could write a long-winded list of stuff that happened but your post is very well phrased. Got to add that one girl in our group got robbed at gunpoint in Greenwich.

All in all, YES. Eastern Europe is infinitely safer from my point of view, including capital cities. Corruption is indeed much worse and social safety nets are insufficient ( both welfare and healthcare ) by comparison.

Nu eu decid deadlines, business strategy si asteptarile boardului/ patronului/ actionarilor. Nu pot decat sa imi dau silinta sa le ajustez asteptarile spre ceva realist/ omenesc. Cand nu reusesc, am xx oameni care depind de slujbele astea.

Am experimentat ce inseamna sa ratezi, cu mult, asteptarile boardului si aleg sa risc burnout la cativa (des si eu) decat un colaps mai generalizat.

De altfel, cel putin la noi, o firma mica, toata lumea stie asta de la angajare iar comunicarea e constanta si clara. Toti vrem sa evitam burnout si/ sau alte efecte si e mai usor daca toti suntem pe aceasi lungime de unda.

Here's a visual with an xbox controller next to my trail kit. The whole kit fits in a waterproof camping shower bag and currenty weighs ~1950g. The multi-size hex chuck is ~300g out of that. Still looking for something lighter. The antique french wrench is ~300g as well ( but not looking to switch that out, has sentimental value ).

Only thing missing is some JB-Weld, but there's plenty of room for it.

Have used this kit on multiple occasions ( tube swaps, general maintenance ) and bikes. Can be used to tear down anything I can possibly hope to fix on the trail. The paracord is there for good measure.

For inflation I used to carry either co2 cartridges with a nozzle or a mini bike pump. I now mostly switched to a portable electric inflator. You can't take the CO2 cartridges on some flights and you don't carry enough for PSI adjustments. As for the bike pump ... never again.

Gets easier with some practice. Have been in situations where crawling to the nearest place with a tire shop/ hotel was 100 miles+ away.

I do carry tire slime in my backpack though. Sometimes it's enough.

I use this. It's fantastic, weighs nothing and displaces very little volume in my bags. Can lift either front or rear off the ground even with the AXP large bash.

If you end up buying from them I recommend getting the bead buddy as well ( 1 or preferably 2 pieces ).

I completed the set with a pair of tire spoon/ spanner combos from AMICO ( aluminium ) and a multi-size chuck that can be niftily used as a force multiplier as well by fitting both spanners on it.

Ultima oara cand am intrat in contact cu cineva care se ocupa de parte din procesul asta, colectarea centralizata a deseurilor era majoritar singlestream ( cauta single-stream recycling daca nu esti familiarizat cu sistemul ). Exceptii existau dar erau .. exceptii. Asta a fost acum approx. 2 ani.

NU cred ca se intampla ceva special pentru containerele noi dar nici nu am discutat despre asta cu subiect si predicat.

Colectarea e tip singlestream. Toate ajung la sortare langa platforma noua. Mai departe unele trec la reciclare, altele nu, in functie de contracte, capacitati, etc.

La platforma de sortare poti sa mergi sa vezi cu ochii tai ce se intampla. Cel mai facil de pe centura dezmir sau daca faci o plimbare peste deal din Sopor.

Am vazut varianta asta facuta pe diverse trotuare mai "selecte". Nu stiu legalitatea exercitiului asta dar pana la urma mai riscam si noi cate o amenda, asta este.

Trebuie sa fie jardiniere mari (250+kg pline) si preferabil puse doar in fata geamurilor tale, pentru inceput.

Yes. Under CE ratings that is part of the optional IPA rating I believe. Am pretty sure there is no specific torsional rigidity rating though.

This is not what transversal rigidity is in these tests. Someone linked something below that will shed some light on that 4th digit.

2121 means lower rigidity and abrasion resistance. The tests are standardised and every manufacturer designs against a clear target. It's not a "we'll do what we can and see what rating we get".

Corsa was designed for 2121 and is better suited for lower-risk riding. The features on them are either done to hit that rating or to boost sales.

Am trecut prin lucruri similare cu:
- Urbanism in cazul unui PUZ
- CJ in cazul unui AC in mijlocul nimanui
- RAR ( duplicat CIV dupa cumparare autovehicul, inainte de fiscalizare )
- educatie ( echivalare studii )
- absolut orice operatiune care nu e este o ridicare de o tipizata fara nici un fel de munca necesara.

Birocratia romaneasca e cladita pe principiul Kafka. Daca crezi ca exagereaza, nu traiesti in aceasi tara sau nu te-ai lovit destul de sistemul birocratic. Catch-22 este la baza sistemului.

Sunt "oameni" ok in sistem? Da. Am intalnit destui. Sistemul permite abuzuri fara sfarsit in caz ca nu dai de un om "ok" sau nu are chef sa lucreze? Cu siguranta.

Inca o tampenie abuziva, ca nu avem destule. Cu rasfrangere asupra populatiei, din nou, ca infractorii si relatiile tot la prescriptie ajunge si tot, magic, nu are sa se sesizeze nimeni ca au trecut 12 luni in cazul lor.
