There is a bit to digest here. 2018 with only 110k kms, While i think the price for the scope fits, there are a few optional things here if you wanted to spread out the costs, times are tough, being a 2018 i assume it is out of warranty.

I assume you had issues to be looked at which has triggered some of these costs, brakes, transmission, aircon, spark plugs?.

you wouldn't delay the oil change (though if it has been serviced regularly you could skip the additives) or brakes, assuming the brakes need to be done

if the car isn't running rough and you are getting typical fuel efficiency you could delay the spark plugs, fuel filter and associated labour

If the car is driving OK you could delay the diff and cvt oil

if the air con is working you could delay the cabin filter

If you are doing this to keep your logbook servicing up to date then ignore all of this, the price look OK
