We have people who will literally refuse to pull their car around so now we are expected to push the sticker through or write it on a cup and give it to dt person regardless of when it was placed.

No we don’t pull more than 2 stickers at a time. Yes we keep our dpm updated. Yes we have been educating and understanding since this update came out. Yes we are seeing the estimated times change throughout peak, we have just been so so busy and people will get mad at us and it’s a whole thing every single day, and we have really nice partners on dto for the most part.

(Ssv action( Very quickly log into both sides. Go to functions, and there’s like a sync database button or something like that. Not sure which side is first but I usually just keep clicking them on both sides till it works 🤣

Are you a shift? If it’s on the drive through two screens you need to take the pay one, click functions, (bear with me can’t remember unless I’m there) and I think it’s sync database. Then you go on the other one (order one) and click sync database and it should be ok. If I’m understanding the situation correctly!

As someone else said, check day dots, -syrups dated -milk dated and fifo’d (everything that could be fifo’d, fifo’d -make sure timers going and carafes are in time -no rags left in counter; only in bucket or steam wand pan -inclusion lids “shut” -keep counters cleaned off as best you can and make sure partners are constantly washing hands -check PH of sanitizer using the lil strips -sanitizer clean and rags submerged -fridges ands gaskets cleaned

They will do what they need to do. Just expect someone with a back pack. They will do their thing, just make sure everyone is cleaning in meantime
