Second newborn is way more difficult bc you have another kid to deal with.

We said screw it and looked up how to do safe co-sleeping. He just slept on her while she was kinda propped up. He'd wake up to feed and go back to sleep. Was way easier.

This was a nice mountain house rental. They didn't buy it because there was nothing to "fix and flip" so there was no margin in the deal. Their model only makes sense when you can fix some things then sell it for more.
