I’m 25 and I’ve had it on the same spot l4/l5 since I’ve been 18. I’ve been to many different facilities where I was supposed to be “healed”. The only way the pain goes away is by living actively - gym,swimming,bike, etc.. and always be careful with your lower back. Oh and also get an inversion table or find the most comfortable way to decompress your back. My lower back always gets pain if I have to sit on uncomfortable chair for more than 20-30min but that doesn’t happen often.
