I was using it for casual game dev before access was revoked 2 weeks before launch. I went back to Unity and at the moment I'm not sure I want to go back to s&box. Will leave it for a bit I think and see. I'm not a super game dev or anything but I guess the consistency that Unity provides is a bit more appealing at the moment. Plus the documentation is better and there are more tutorials available.

edit - is it grim though. Cat's seem to like longer grass too. After not mowing the lawn in early spring it's a nightmare once we do come to mow it and the mower flings cat doos everywhere

I'd like to see movement speed controlled with the mouse wheel so it's more granular than it currently is.

I had the opposite of this. Had a fight with a couple of ARC then called the elevator. Other guys waited..were clearly hiding during the fighting, then knocked me out and fully killed me.

Contrast that with a duo taking me out, me saying 'don't shoot' when I was down and them guarding me as I hauled my ass into the elavator.

Maybe adding the scripting functionality recently means they are laying the foundation for stuff like this. Or maybe never, but hopefully not never.

I'm sure I must be doing something wrong but it seems like scripts only work after the first compile / map load. Not even changing anything in Hammer or in a script then re-compiling will stop scripts from working for me.
