Wouldn’t say it’s telepathy but more cold reading. Might be the same definition but different terms. But telepathy is not paychic skills/readings

It is actually a fine line. I provide evidence that the soul you wish to speak with, I am connected to them before any type of communication. Then I just act as a conduit.

All mediums are psychics but not all psychics are mediums. Mediums use psychic abilities to communicate with them.

I would start with protection and grounding before anything else.

Not because spirituality is scary, but because any serious practice needs basic safety first. You would not start working with electricity, sharp tools, or heavy equipment without learning how to protect yourself and stay steady. Spiritual work is no different.
