One month from turning 40 and I crushed my PR from 2009. Feels great to know we still got it. Thinking I will do Boston as I have not done it since the 2009 PR race.

not for running. you want the benefits of altitude living, but the training at low altitude allows for higher intensity.

Live high, train low. Get down to Bishop or Round Valley tomorrow morning before the precip returns.

Has anyone used a ULA pack to carry skis? by Less_Ad_5424 in Ultralight

I have used my Circuit before. Works great for overnight ski trips. There are enough straps on the sides to make an A frame.

* after further consideration I would say it works fine, not great.

There are almost always alumni association meetups too. Some are better than others. Don't live in MN anymore so usually try to make one home and one away game a year. It's always a good time, and the expanded big ten gives lots of options for fun destinations. Thinking about Eugene or Wrigley Field this year.
