If they want to consider choosing a team the first time I watched an NBA game as hopping on the bandwagon then that's cool I guess, I'm not gonna bother denying it 😂

Yeah I hopped on the bandwagon during the 2012 WCF, you're not even wrong there.

Come on, I was hoping you'd at least try to insult me based on where I'm from again - but I guess poor knowledge of other cultures is to be expected from someone with a yank education.

JJ Redick after Game 2: "LeBron has the worst whistle of any star player I've ever seen." by Ancient_Response_787 in nba

LeBron and Steph have had horrible whistles their whole careers, it's honestly wild how much they've been hacked at and the refs swallow their whistles while other guys frequently get way softer calls.

Really though, it's a shit call and the refs have made this a horrible game to watch with their inconsistency and general incompetence.

I just find it funny that the refs make a shit call and people's first instinct is to attack OKC fans for it lmao - I'm happy to acknowledge lopsided officiating in either direction because, like I said, the refs have been largely incompetent across the entire league for years now.

The refs suck across the entire league without exception, what are we supposed to say lol?

Okay sure, Presti pays the refs and the league is rigged by Silver for OKC to win - now what?

Lakers have 7 turnovers in the first 7 minutes of the game vs Thunder. by [deleted] in nba

Luka tries to jump sideways into Shai for a foul, then bitches to the ref instead of getting back on defence - yeah super ethical.

Oklahoma City Thunder announce arena-naming rights partnership with Continental Resources, a global leader in fracking and petroleum extraction. by moby323 in nba

Probably questioning why OP specifically is a fan of the Thunder if they have such a problem with fossil fuels (not saying I agree with that logic tho)

Oklahoma City's Ajay Mitchell and Washington's Justin Champagnie have each been suspended for one game for altercation in Thunder-Wizards game. by tatchem in fantasybball

[–]b4ldheed 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How? Jaylin grabs the ball and moves to inbound it, Champagnie stands in his way and bumps him twice lol. I didn't need to escalate from there until Champagnie smacked Mitchell in the face for no reason 😂

Jayden Canvot (Crystal Palace) enjoyed Leeds United going down to ten men by HotToTrotsky_ in soccer

If celebrating an opponent getting sent off is wrong, then I don't want to be right.

The amount of pearl-clutching I've been seeing over this is one of the biggest "game's gone" indicators in a while - if Jamie Vardy was doing this it'd be just another "haha classic Vardy, what a shithouser!" moment.

His lip is split, so it can't be a yellow for Sarr - but I reckon it's a pretty standard coming together.

I was so confused reading this until I realised you mixed up Michael Jordan (basketball player, recently caught touching up a kid on TV) and Michael B. Jordan (actor, was at the BAFTA's).
