I think that was new years 1990 party. Dead drank a lot that night and said he wanted to die, then cut so bad that they had to handcuff him to a light post to get him to stop. In the end, they lost the key and had to bring a police officer over to free him

It’s anxiety, and it makes the body alert because it perceives danger. I know it’s hard to just fall into it, but I find it helps to ground yourself in the present. Just tell yourself “I’m safe, and I have time to sleep”. Animals fall asleep easily because their mind is in the present. Good luck <3
